Yoga Therapy is working one on one; applying different breathing ratios, postures, meditations and sound therapies to achieve a specific goal.

A personal Yoga Therapist takes the time to understand and know an individual's physical, psychological, and emotional needs - developing goals and a yoga practice which will resolve conflict in every aspect of their being.

Get off on the right foot with a set of custom-made orthotic inserts! Visit one of our orthotics specialists for a session which will involve a gait analysis, specific foot measurements, and a foam impression of your foot to create custom orthotic inserts specific to you. Custom Orthotics correct mal-alignments to prevent or relieve foot, ankle, knee and/or back pain.

Services include: MSK consultations (comprehensive assessment and treatment recommendations), Ultrasound-guided injections, Prolotherapy injections (dextrose, P2G, etc.), PRP (platelet-rick plasma) injections, Hyaluronic Acid injections, Trigger point injections, Steroid Injections, Nerve Hydrodissection – peripheral, Botox for chronic migraine, Perineural Injection Therapy, and Fascia Hydrodissection.

Initial consultations and some follow-up treatments are covered by Alberta Health Services (AHS).

Some injections therapies are unfortunately not covered by AHS, and are therefore private pay.
