Acupuncture points are said to stimulate the central nervous system. In turn, it discharges chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes may stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and promote overall well-being.

Nutritional Therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences for the promotion of health, peak performance and individual care. Practitioners recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes, rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach, in consideration to your health journey, goals and dietary preferences. On occasion, Registered Nutritionists may use functional testing to inform recommendations that are based on your biological individuality, alongside issuing medical referrals and offering result analysis when required. Additionally, these recommendations are continually delivered in a client centred format, utilising the application of Motivational Interviewing techniques, to encourage optimal behaviour change and habit maintenance. The practice as a whole is applicable to everyone, and no matter how small your interest or health concern, it will serve to positively impact your life and general wellbeing.
One Wellness specializes in the highest quality of personal training instruction. We combine traditional strength training with athletic movement and metabolic conditioning.
A trainer brings accountability, constant encouragement and a wealth of progressive knowledge to your workouts, helping you to maximize your efforts and help you achieve the results that you want!
Services include: MSK consultations (comprehensive assessment and treatment recommendations), Ultrasound-guided injections, Prolotherapy injections (dextrose, P2G, etc.), PRP injections, Hyaluronic Acid injections, Trigger point injections, Steroid Injections, Nerve Hydrodissection – peripheral, Botox for chronic migraine, Perineural Injection Therapy, and Fascia Hydrodissection.
Initial consultations and some follow-up treatments are covered by Alberta Health Services (AHS). Some injections therapies are unfortunately not covered by AHS, and are therefore private pay.
If you would like more information on the different treatment options, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

I'm dealing with a knee injury and One Wellness has been my one-stop-shop for everything! The receptionists are really friendly. Hugh is a great physio, goes above and beyond for his patients. Regularly checks up on my progress. I also had a recovery/ sports massage with Megan and it definitely helped. Lastly, my sports doctor Dr. Reed is in the same building so that's really convenient.
All of the staff at One Wellness Physiotherapy are polite, professional and helpful. Corrine is quick at assessing my situation and helping me get back on track to better health. During the recent COVID-19 pandemic, One Wellness has instituted protocols that keep everyone's healthy and safety as a priority.
Very happy with service. Relaxing and enjoyable. Staff knowledgeable and great.
Between my husband and I, we have seen every physiotherapist at One Wellness over the years since its inception. Each practitioner has been highly competent and a true healer. We are both so grateful to Hugh Simson for his amazing care and are equally grateful he has the gift of finding and keeping other stellar physiotherapists. An amazing team of good souls. Thank you all!
Highly recommend One Wellness for physiotherapy and massage therapy services. I am continually impressed with the high quality of care that is provided.
Love the professional, personable and respectful staff! Always come away feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and polished - ready for the week ahead!
