One Wellness Reopening Procedures

One Wellness > One Wellness Reopening Procedures

We are excited to be open for physiotherapy patients. Please note it is not business as usual. All patients, staff and physiotherapists must do their part to ensure this phase of Alberta re-opening is successful. Please note One Wellness’s Reopening Procedures below.

You must complete the One Wellness’s COVID-19 self-assessment/waiver online prior to your appointment.

The front office is required to confirm you have completed the self-assessment, so please make sure you do this before entering the clinic. There is a link in your appointment confirmation email to the self-assessment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19 REGULATIONS:

On April 30, 2020, we were informed that we will once again be able to resume treating patients face-to-face as part of the Alberta Government’s Reopening plan. We are excited to help get you back on the road to recovery and ready for your next adventure, but also understand that we all need to be cautious in our return.

One Wellness, in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Alberta Government and the Physiotherapy Alberta College and Association, has developed protocols and procedures to manage COVID-19 and to ensure the safest possible environments for our valued patients and staff.

Please bring your own mask

Patients and staff all need to wear a mask. We have ordered reusable face masks for purchase, but they won't be ready by the time we open, so until they are ready patients will need to bring their own mask.

Please don't arrive too early

Please don't arrive too early for your appointment. We will be trying to stagger the number of people in the waiting room at one time. We will also extend into the gym as a waiting area to help give everyone lots of room.

Payment Services

At this time, we are not accepting cash for payment of services. Payments can be made by credit card, debit, or direct billing. We will sanitize machines after each use.

Do not bring other people with you

Do not bring other people with you to your appointment unless absolutely necessary. If you need someone to help you with mobility, interpret for you, or the patient is under the age of 16, then you may bring someone with you, otherwise please make every effort to attend alone. If someone else drives you to your appointment and doesn't need to come in with you, please ask them to wait in the car.

Social distancing etiquette

Social distancing, hand-washing, and practicing proper coughing/sneezing etiquette will be crucial. Please maintain six feet of distance between you and other people, wash your hands often, and cough or sneeze into your elbow. It is also a good idea to avoid touching high-touch surfaces such as light switches, countertops, and door handles whenever possible.

CANMORE LOCATION – Please arrive 5-minutes before your appointment. Parking is located in the Solara Parking Garage as well on Kananaskis Way. Please contact us at 403.679.7179 for the Parking Garage Access Code.

NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL THIS APPOINTMENT?

In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service rate to your credit card on file.

We look forward to welcoming you to One Wellness!
